The Manager, Revenue establishes and delivers the strategic direction for all the activities of the Room Revenue Management Department. This includes day to day and long-term management and review of all its actions and results.


  • Sets up strategies of maximizing hotel occupancy and yielding up hotel room revenue
  • Maximizes gaming revenue at Mass Gaming Rooms Program by setting up advanced analytical framework and ADT requirement
  • Manages and forecasts room blocks of all market segments through effective inventory management
  • Approves Sales Group of all hotels in properties
  • Responsible for the development and maintenance of customized PMS system and SQL database solutions
  • Liaises with senior operations management, including hosting and attending departmental meetings on at least weekly basis
  • Together with Digital Marketing team manages all direct distribution channels, maximizing on their potential and production
  • Liaises with the Analytics team to identify revenue metrics and trends
  • Performs Rooms Budgeting & Forecasting along with the support of operational departments in maximising their revenues
  • Works closely with the Resort Sales Team to support their efforts
  • Participates in weekly meetings
  • Other responsibilities include producing regular and ad – hoc reports related to Mass Gaming player development, hotel rooms and any promotional packages for review by management
  • Manages and motivates team of highly skilled sales professionals



  • At least 4-6 years of relevant work experience
  • Proven track record in highly numerate and analytical roles
  • Knowledge in Revenue Management, economics, statistics, analytics, databases, marketing and advanced PC applications and IT are required with real work experience implementing it
  • Experience applying dynamic pricing, forecasting demand by customer segment and monitoring outcomes
  • Relevant experience in advanced analytics and statistics
  • Relevant experience in advanced system driven revenue management use


  • Candidates must hold a degree from a major, accredited institution in the fields of hospitality, gaming, statistics, marketing, finance, engineering, business administration or mathematics
  • Post graduate degree will be preferred

Skills / Competencies

  • Mature presentation style and be comfortable interacting with senior management continuously
  • Excellent command of English, Greek and other languages will be considered as an advantage
  • Expert proficiency in MS Excel and strong skills in PowerPoint
  • Must have superior technical skills in PMS systems and software
  • Strong project management skills

  • Strong interpersonal, leadership and communications skills and an aptitude for very high pressure on the spot decisions
  • Ability to keep up with a fast paced and growing business
  • Must have a strong analytical and economics mindset
