Job Description

Our client is an International Corporate Services, Tax Consultancy & Trust Firm in Limassol. They are now looking to employ a Junior Corporate administrator.

Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to Head of Corporate and / or Team Leader
  • Administration of own portfolio of companies
  • Assisting client managers in various transactions when needed, including the
  • Drafting of corporate documents (minutes, board resolutions, letters etc.)
  • Undertake general office administration tasks within the department
  • Handling client due diligence for corporate and trust structures/ Corporate and client account KYC
  • Support in the development and implementation of the firm’s compliance regime;
  • Creating/updating/maintaining all relevant records
  • Liaise with banks in Cyprus and abroad for opening corporate and client accounts if needed
  • Various ancillary administrative work

The ideal candidate will be/have:

  • Experience- at least 1 (one) year in the corporate (fiduciary) sector with ASP (administrative service provider) or a Law Firm
  • Fluency in Greek & English (Written & Spoken)
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Being able to work alone and as a team member
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly organized individual who is willing to multitask and work in a challenging work environment
  • Willing and enthusiastic to learn

The working hours are from Monday to Friday from 8.30am – 6.00pm with one-hour lunch break four days a week and once a week 8.30am – 3.00pm with half an hour lunch break
