We are currently looking for a passionate and motivated ΙΤ Support to join our team of ΙΤ professionals on behalf of one of our major clients in ΙΤ sector.

As an IT Support your role is to ensure proper computer operation, so that end users can accomplish business tasks. Your main task is to solve hardware and software problems and provide user support for Windows, applications, Remote Access, Internet & Email through ticketing system or phone. Quickly, efficiently, and accurately. You are responsible for providing professional technical support as well as high customer satisfaction.

Job Description / Key Responsibilities

  • Support end-users, identify issues and provide efficient solutions regarding Windows, applications, Remote Access, Internet & Email & FTP as well as support of security systems (antivirus, patches, etc.)
  • Handle incoming support requests from end users via telephone, email or ticketing system in a prompt and courteous manner
  • Provide onsite and remote support to end users
  • Manage user accounts at Active Directory
  • Act as an escalation point for advanced or difficult help requests
  • Install and configure end-user software and hardware
  • Liaise with end-users, software/hardware vendors in order to provide solutions


  • BSc in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant field
  • 1 year of experience in similar role
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues (software/hardware)
  • Able to think logically and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Self-motivated and with a strong sense of accountability
  • Open to learn
  • Fluency in Greek & English
  • Military obligations fulfilled
