AA AceNetworks It Solutions Ltd is an Information Telephony Computing (ITC) Development and IT Consulting company with more than 12 years of experience in the market. We have been providing outsource IT services and Voice over IP (VoIP) telephone since 2005. Our clientele consists of many international corporations in different areas and we are involved in projects that demand leading edge information technology skills.

About the position

On behalf of our client, an international company in Hospitality & Gaming Industry located in Limassol, we are seeking to recruit highly capable candidates for the position of IT Help Desk Agent/Support to join their expanding team.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls from users
  • Accurately diagnose an issue based on the information provided
  • Log all IT Support Helpdesk calls in the ticketing system
  • Provide 1st level desktop support/troubleshooting
  • Escalate unresolved incidents/service requests to the proper 2nd level support teams
  • Update case notes
  • Provide a fast, polite and efficient responses to all staff
  • Provide technical support to end users
  • Install and configure hardware operating systems and applications
  • Complete other assigned duties

 

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Degree in Information Technology or any relevant field
  • Work experience in IT Support Help Desk environment will be consider as advantage
  • Knowledge and experience of Windows OS
  • Knowledge and experience in file sharing solutions
  • Knowledge and experience in hardware and software configurations
  • Knowledge and experience in Active Directory will be considered as advantage
  • Knowledge and experience on Microsoft Azure or VMware Horizon (or any other Cloud Solution) will be consider
  • Fluency in English and Greek
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to learn and apply IT technology and concepts
  • Ability to work individually and as a part of a team
  • Ability to work under pressure
