Job Description

Our client, a well established Cysec Regulated Broker, is looking to hire a Client Support Agent for their offices in Larnaca.

 

Profile:

The company is an award winning forex and commodities broker providing trading services and facilities to both retail and institutional clients.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide full administrative support to the HR department
  • Manage employee benefits including medical insurance and benefits card
  • Manage HR CRM, arrange interviews and liaise with candidates regarding their status
  • Make employment offers and manage new employee induction to the company
  • Keep up to date with legal developments regarding Labour Law issues
  • Arrange all necessary vacancy advertisements and employer branding
  • Arrange and co-ordinate the necessary trainings for employees
  • Report time and attendance levels to management
  • Process the absences of employees including annual leave, sickness , maternity and unpaid leaves
  • Conduct accurate payroll administration and preparation on a monthly basis
  • Ensure that HR administration policies follow external and internal compliance
  • Make attempts to acquire government subsidies for recruitment and training
  • Communicate all company policies to employees
  • Carries out any further duties assigned by their line manager
  • Contributes to a positive and dynamic working environment

 

Requirements:

  • University/College diploma in a relevant field
  • 1 – 2 years’ experience in a HR role
  • Experience in a company with an international reach preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English
  • Impeccable organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment and multi-task

 

Our client offers a salary is based on skills, qualifications and experience, plus 13th salary, medical insurance, 22 days annual leave and double pay for holidays.
