Job Description

Advance Career Ltd, is seeking to recruit a vibrant and vigorous HR/Office Administrator;


  • Handle a portfolio of clients and assist them with their recruitment and HR needs
  • Screen resumes and conduct interviews with candidates to shortlist for a wide range of roles
  • Draft job descriptions for various vacancies and post across social media channels on a weekly basis
  • Explore new recruitment options to advertise & recruit candidates
  • Conduct market research (new business, new departments in business etc.)
  • Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties and provide administrative support to Directors
  • Meet performance based targets assigned by management
  • Maintain relationships with clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved
  • Follow up on the interview process status
  • Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees


  • University degree in Human Resource Management, Bussiness Administration
  • Basic knowledge of the HR sphere and strong will to develop professionally
  • Fluency in English and Greek
  • Proactive with the ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Confident and positive attitude
