On behalf of our client, a Cyprus Investment Firm, we are seeking to recruit a Head Of Partnerships. Previous experience in FX with proven track record is a must! Looking for an experienced leader to join our fast-growing, international team, and help expanding IB/Affiliate partnerships department.

Who we are:

The company was established in 2018. Since then, we never stopped expanding and introducing new features to our base of 1 million+ users.

In addition to an existing arsenal of awesome award-winning products that we already have, such as trading platform, digital asset exchange, copy-trading, DeFi staking, and others – we are building a plethora of new services, which will include the payments and card infrastructure, licensed investing services (CFD/Forex) and much more.

What You will be doing:

The Head of Partnerships will be responsible for supervising and analyzing the performance of the partnership network activity as well as recruiting new IBs, affiliates and strategic partners. They will report to the top management on a regular basis on the progress of the department achievements and KPIs.

  • Manage the Partnerships department and be responsible for organizing and driving forward the strategy
  • Propose and initiate different ways of developing the IB partnership network activity and constantly upgrading the programs in order to attract IBs from different regions.
  • Develop and execute business plans for expansions into new business regions
  • Supervise and monitor the performance of the partnership network activity as well as recruiting new IBs, affiliates and strategic partners.
  • Report to the top management on a regular basis on the progress of the department achievements, KPIs, budget and strategy.
  • Implement strategies to increase the quality and yield of key affiliate/IB partners.
  • Recruit and educate new affiliate managers
  • Collaborate with the internal teams to continuously improve the results
  • Continuously search for new opportunities to increase the digital footprint in the market.

What You’ll need:

We welcome successful candidates with a proven track of record, strong leadership skills and clear understanding how to grow business through partnerships.

  • At least 3 – 5 years’ relevant work experience in a senior business development role related to IB’s/Affiliates in the Forex Industry
  • A good understanding of financial products and markets
  • Highly organized, strategic and execution focused with ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to operate independently and to meet established deadlines with an exceptional attention to detail.
  • Critical thinking / Fast learning / Proactivity
  • Strong team player and solid leadership skills
  • Fluent English
