A 4* Brand New Hotel in Cyprus is currently seeking an experienced Hotel Operations Manager

Entry Requirements:

• A minimum 4-year experience in the same position or at least 6 years’ experience in Rooms Division Management.
• Managing all property’s departments and areas
• Provide day-to-day leadership and direction to all hotel’s departments according to the operations standards
• Creating and maintaining a unique guest experience
• A hands-on operations management approach
• Computer literacy with knowledge of a variety of computer software applications.
• Establishing performance and development goals, mentoring, coaching, and regular feedback to enhance performance and ensure future bench strength
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
