Our client is an International Media Company that are hosting an International Exhibition in Limassol on the 14th & 15th November at a 5* Hotel here in Limassol.
The event will host a number of leading international companies within their field from across the globe including USA, Europe, Asia and the Middle East.
The client is looking to hire a team of 5 – 6 Hostesses that will be responsible for:
- Welcoming the guests to the exhibition and providing support to all the guests throughout the course of the conference.
- Administrative tasks including the registration of all the guests and providing them with the relevant conference information material
- Providing a high level of customer service and event information to all the delgates as and when required
- Creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for guests and event attendees.
The ideal candidates will have/be:
- Confidence and a friendly attitude that helps them relate to all types of people and the ability to speak knowledgeably about the event
- Great social and interpersonal communication skills
- Fluent spoken English with any additional language an advantage
- The client is offering an attractive pay package based on an hourly rate for the 2 day event.
