POSITION SUMMARY:

The Executive, Marketing acts as the liaison between the Marketing team and other Business Units (Hotel, F&B, MICE, Attractions). They will meet with BU representatives to get a thorough understanding of their advertising and promotional needs, the budgets earmarked for these activities, target audience and other critical demographics, market and competitive information and other relevant details.

They then distribute this information to marketing team to ensure that the BUs requests are met.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Remains in close communication with BUs to comprehend their needs and specifications
  • Prepares creative briefs and manages production processes from concept development to final product creation
  • Develops and executes all marketing initiatives of various brands, ensuring delivery is within the corporate branding guidelines of Melco
  • Liaises with BUs to organize promotional events or decides on advertising material that suit their profiles and goals
  • Negotiates deadlines and makes presentations to show costs and schedules
  • Provides direction and collaborates with colleagues for production projects (collateral, media etc)
  • Adheres to all departmental and company policies and procedures, including the implementation of initiatives and practices to ensure a healthy and safe work environment

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience

  • At least 3 years’ or more solid Marketing experience to the tasks set out above
  • Previous experience of working in a similar role is essential
  • Experience of writing creative briefs and managing production processes from concept to final product

Education

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in a related area e.g. Bachelor of Marketing, Communications, Advertising or Business

Skills / Competencies

  • Competent computer literacy, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • An excellent understanding of branding and design
  • Strong time management and organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising on quality
  • Good written and verbal skills in Greek and English are essential
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
  • Confidence & professionalism when dealing with people on all levels
