POSITION SUMMARY:

The Executive Host, Executive Services is responsible to carry out customer service and sales activities set by management addressing the local and International market through Loyalty Program structure and Tiers He or she acts as a front-line sales and customer service ambassador on behalf of City of Dreams Mediterranean/C2 Cyprus Casinos and ensures a high standard of guest relations is provided to all Mass customers in accordance with established service standards. In addition, he/ she locates and develops/ acquires new business. All dealings with internal Mass customers must be efficient, effective and professional at all times.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Actively involved in new Loyalty Club registrations within the casino floor using available equipment and technology
  • Locates, develops & acquires new business, and captures new customers entering the Casino Gaming Floor respecting the Loyalty program guidelines
  • Retains customers and increases loyalty by serving as a personal contact to customers to ensure excellent customer service
  • Determines and evaluates Mass customers’ casino activity to provide corresponding incentives and authorize or approve medium amount of allowance (food, beverage, events tickets, promo chips, free play) using discretionary points
  • Demonstrates a customer’s development skill set by engaging new and inactive customers on the gaming floor & through telemarketing means
  • May proceed with business decisions regarding customer allowances, and comps subject to comp matrix approved, while managing customers to a profitable level respecting Responsible gaming rules and guidelines
  • Based on company strategy and available Hotel inventory actively promotes Hotel room sales to existing and new customers
  • Stay informed regarding all existing and new promotions & Services for the purpose of better promoting customer sales.
  • Promote existing and new marketing initiatives actively informing the customers for the benefits derived from participation
  • Informs customers of the upcoming events and company activities through different communication channels available
  • Promotes Tournaments and events to existing and new customers and actively assist customers to register on them
  • Follows and implements AML company policy
  • Works in conjunction with  other personnel to assist and facilitate qualified in-house casino customers
  •  Maintains confidential casino customer information and ensures privacy of all guests is respected
  • Always maintains excellent service and contributes to guest satisfaction by displaying the highest quality service and friendliness by greeting all customers and provides proactive service by anticipating and meeting their needs.
  • Attend special event functions when appropriate to promote marketing efforts and greet customers.
  • Maintains effective communication with all concerned operation teams
  • Achieves client quotas/ targets/ goals as assigned the Company
  • Liaises with Loyalty Marketing, Business Development and Casino Marketing as to ensure all relevant client information, documentation and requests are recorded, fulfilled and reported in a timely manner
  • Assists in identifying international clients and communicate with the Business Development accordingly

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience

  • Minimum 1-year relevant experience in a sales and business development position, preferably in the casino industry

Education & Qualification

  • Tertiary qualifications

Skills

  • Excellent command of English language
  • Ability to converse in a foreign language(s)- Arabic, Farsi, Hebrew, Chinese or Russian will be an added advantage
  • Computer literate
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven customer service orientation and commitment to continuous improvement
  • Excellent negotiation skills and time management skills
  • Analytic an able to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
