Job Description

CIC 1st Choice Solutions LTD specialises in Debt Collection and Loan Restructuring Services. Due to company expansion, we seek to hire enthusiastic individuals that would like to join our dynamic team.

 

The job entails communicating with individuals from various industries, for the repayment of outstanding debts and finding viable repayment solutions for our customers.

 

Debt Collection/ Loan Restructuring Officer responsibilities include:

  • Efficiently managing a personally assigned client portfolio for debt collection and loan restructuring purposes
  • Preparing agreement documents for clients and ensuring compliance with procedures
  • Managing client profiles in the company’s software and ensuring the correct input of information
  • Being responsible for the achievement of personal (weekly, monthly) objectives set by the general management
  • Arranging meetings with clients for the purpose of finding viable repayment solutions
  • Examining the repayment ability for retail and commercial clients
  • Daily communication with clients for follow up of agreed repayment
  • Preparing reports for the general management regarding target achievement and productivity
  • Any other tasks assigned by the general management

Skills/Qualifications required:

  • University Degree or Diploma in Finance, Economics, Business Management, Banking or any other related field will be considered an advantage
  • Previous experience in a similar role will be considered an advantage
  • Excellent knowledge of Greek Language
  • Very good knowledge of English Language
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and general IT literacy
  • High attention to detail
  • Happy to work individually and as part of a team
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Organizational skills
  • Firm and polite telephone manner
  • Able to handle complaints and queries
  • Ability to manage a high volume of calls, efficiently and professionally
  • Must be able to negotiate payment plans on the phone or face to face
