Job Description

On behalf of our client, a reputable and CySEC regulated investment firm with offices in Limassol is currently looking for a Customer Support and Complaints Representative. As part of the Customer Support team, you’ll get to learn more about the company and work within a professional customer support team and a fun environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support via chat, phone and emails
  • Resolve product related issues
  • Resolve complaints by customers
  • Work closely with the Compliance team
  • Ongoing and direct communication with clients in support of any queries or issues
  • Negotiate with customers



  • Degree in Business Studies or any other relevant field
  • Fluency in English/Italian verbal and written is a must
  • Experience in a similar position will be considered as an advantage
  • Financial markets background will be considered as an advantage
