On behalf of our client, PERHA Group (Register Number 388239), are recruiting a Customer Support Officer to join their team.
Responsibilities:
• Effectively handle new and existing client base and customer support via chat, email and phone.
• Resolve any issues by clarifying the customer’s complaints and ensure Customer Satisfaction.
• Excellent customer service and complaints handling experience.
• Communicate effectively with clients in Greek, English and/or Russian.
Qualifications:
• Fluency in Greek and English. Knowledge of the Russian language is an advantage.
• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/ Marketing/ Communications/ Sport Management/ Gambling Management or similar field.
• Excellent communication and customer support skills.
• Team-player, able to work under pressure, creativity, innovation and problem-solving skills is a must.
• Ability to work on shifts including weekends and bank holidays.
