POSITION SUMMARY:

The CRM Specialist will have both commercial digital marketing skills and CRM technical configuration skills to identify value adding touch points throughout the customer experience journey. The objective is to streamline the customer experience journey and maximize customer life-time value.

The CRM Specialist will develop CRM strategies and capabilities to engage and empower multiple Business Units in offering a real-time premium customer service experience driven by business operational excellence.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Plan, configure, and deliver CRM strategies across the organization to retain customer loyalty of existing customers, and build customer loyalty with new customers by enhancing their customer service experience through value adding activities
  • Liaise with the IT department to ensure that the CRM infrastructure capabilities are aligned to the CRM strategies and business objectives on implementing a customer service experience of operational excellence   
  • Liaise with marketing and business development on the design, implementation, monitoring, and analysis of retention campaigns and promotions  
  • Assess the performance of the CRM strategies with the relevant business unit managers to ensure that value adding customer experience objectives are being met
  • Ensure that the CRM database is up to date and segmented in-line with current and potential marketing, business development and sales programs
  • Ensure that the CRM provides an effective business development and sales funnel
  • Ensure that CRM data governance is in line with relevant regulatory requirements, professional standards, and best practice
  • Generate ad-hoc analytics reports and identify insights and actionable strategies to improve the customer journey experience and build brand loyalty
  • CRM configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting skills
  • Other related CRM responsibilities

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing Management, Business and Technology or any other related fields.
  • Professional Certifications in any CRM (e.g., Pega, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Professional Certifications in Digital Marketing

Experience

  • 3 years minimum proven experience as a CRM professional
