Job Description

Our Limassol based client, a CySEC regulated Forex Trading Company is looking to recruit a high caliber, dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join its team. The successful candidate will hold a fulltime position as a CRM Administrator and will be accountable to our client’s management for day to day performance of his/her duties.

Main Duties & Responsibility Areas:

•Providing ongoing support to Sales Manager, development and improvement on CRM platform and other business platforms

•Provide business analytics to sales team

•Developing custom CRM reports and dashboards as requested

•Developing end user documentation, including application training manuals

•Providing ongoing sales support to sales team leader (and sales employees when needed) by assisting with sales related activities.

•Compiling statistical, analysis and results reports

Minimum Requirements:

•Fluent English. Any additional language would be an advantage

•1+ years’ experience with CRM

•Strong excel skills

•Exceptional relationship and communications skills

•High level of attention to detail

•Understanding of Financial / Capital markets

•Team player

•Fast and independent learner

•Good presentation skills
