Job Description

Role Objective:

Contribute to the continuous development of enhanced Customer Management capabilities, including appropriate processes, templates and tools, to support business growth objectives.

Job Description

  • Assist with CRM system administration; including the provision of user support, dashboard & report customisation, co-ordination of system enhancement and upgrade requirements
  • Support the annual customer satisfaction monitoring process; production and communication of feedback material (internal and external) to develop performance improvement activity
  • Maintain effective working relationships with relevant personnel and external network required to achieve Customer Management objectives
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of Company service offerings

Required – Experience, Knowledge & Skills 

  • Relevant degree or qualification from an accredited University or College
  • Experience on working with internal and external customers in a sales support / relationship management role
  • Familiarity with the maritime industry and ship management sector advantageous
  • Customer focused (internal and external) with well-developed interpersonal skills
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Flexible and self-motivated whilst equally able to work effectively as a team member
  • Sound project management skills with an ability to deliver to time and quality
  • PC literacy
