CORPORATE LAWYER

Meridian Trust is seeking to recruit a corporate lawyer to join our Larnaca office.

A great opportunity to join a fast-paced environment, working on cross-border corporate and commercial transactions.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain strong collaborative relationships with clients and colleagues
• Drafting and reviewing various types of agreements including but not limited to Shareholder Agreements, Facility Agreements, Sale and Purchase Agreements
• Drafting of legal documents including but not limited to Resolutions, Powers of Attorneys and more.
• Providing legal advice on corporate and commercial matters
• Bank account opening and communication with Banks.

Key Skills Required:

• Bachelor Degree in Law
• Common law legal and academic background
• 3 – 5 years past experience in Corporate Law
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent organisational skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Enthousiastic team player
