Our ideal candidate is a specialised Corporate attorney with experience in the IT sector to serve as an in-house counsel and handle complex legal matters and projects. You will ensure the legality of commercial transactions and advise our company on legal rights and duties.

 

Responsibilities

  • Consult and handle corporate legal processes (e.g. intellectual property, mergers & acquisitions, compliance issues, transactions, agreements, lawsuits, patents)
  • Develop company policy and position on legal issues
  • Research, anticipate and guard company against legal risks
  • Guide managers and ensure compliance with rules and regulations
  • Structure, draft and review reports and other legal documents
  • Draft and administer all contracts

Requirements

  • Proven background on corporate law in the IT-sphere
  • Specific knowledge and experience in IT and data protection
  • Experience in IT-related agreements, licences are essential
  • Management of clients and projects; strong client-relationships skills
  • Excellent analytical skills and strong attention to detail
  • Excellent working knowledge of the English language. Russian will be considered as an advantage
  • Computer skills
  • BSc in Law
