The Coordinator, Supply Chain facilitates the work of the department and undertakes various tasks pertaining to departmental projects.


  • Schedules and coordinates meetings for the procurement department
  • Coordinates project management activities, resources, equipment and information
  • Breaks projects into doable actions and set timeframes
  • Liaises with internal teams and external Consultants, contractors and suppliers to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives
  • Helps prepare budgets
  • Assists to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, time frames and budgets for projects
  • Performs various coordinating tasks, like schedule, along with administrative duties, like maintaining project documentation and handling financial queries.
  • Creates and maintains comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
  • Files electronically agreements and meeting memos (ability to understand their subject matter)
  • Assigns work to department team members, as per specialization and their involvement in various tasks/projects/assignments
  • Organizes business travel as and when required
  • Assists with financial administration for the department
  • Provides support in various meetings, as and when needed
  • Carries general office administration tasks


Skills & Experience

  • At least 2 years of experience in administration within a Supply Chain environment
  • Diploma or Degree in administration/business/political sciences or another relevant field
  • Excellent MS Office suite knowledge, especially in MS Excel
  • Ability to write meeting memos
  • Fluency in Greek and English is a must
  • Very good communication skills – speaking and writing
  • Knowledge of Document Management System will be considered an advantage
  • Ability to work well within a team and has a positive outlook
  • Detail oriented and punctual
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize based on urgency and importance
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work in a paperless office
