The Position:

Our client is looking for a Business Development Officer who will be passionate about growth, applying new skills to assist and support the operations of its team in Nicosia


Duties and Responsibilities:

The Business Development Officer will be responsible for identifying and contacting prospect clients, responding to inbound requests, qualifying potential opportunities, scheduling and conducting product presentations to companies and individuals

Main responsibilities includes:

  • Monitoring the client relations on an ongoing basis to ensure customer satisfaction at all times.
  • Working as part of the Emergo Wealth team to develop the Company’s offering both locally and internationally, online and in person.
  • Identifying, qualifying and cultivating new sales opportunities through multiple mediums (email, phone, inbound website leads, and more).
  • Maintaining a high level of attention to detail and managing all respective sales activities (notes, follow-ups, emails, call logs) within Emergo’s CRM tool.
  • Actively promoting and selling the Company’s products and services, including the LifeGoals family of products on an ongoing basis.
  • Arrange/attend/deliver presentations to prospect, aftersales meetings and client reporting.
  • Creating informative content and templates in line with the Company’s brand guidelines.
  • Keeping up to date with financial products and the relevant legislation.


Skills/ Qualifications / Experience:

  • University or College degree
  • At least 2 years sales-related experience
  • Excellent command of both Greek and English
  • Finance related degree and/or CySec Advanced certification will be considered an advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Computer literate, ability to work with new software packages
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Greek
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Being able to work independently and as part of a diversified team
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills

Location: The position is for the Client’s offices in Nicosia
