Job Description

Our client, an Offshore Services Company in Limassol is looking to hire a Bookkeeper for their team in Limassol.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Issue invoices to customers, reconcile incoming payments and prepare monthly receivables analysis
  • Initiate purchase orders on behalf of operations team, monitor approval status and follow up on provision of service.
  • Process suppliers invoices and reconcile statements where required
  • Prepare payment requisition forms and present for approval
  • Process all bank entries and reconcile bank accounts
  • Investigate and resolve queries regarding receivable and payables
  • Filing of documents in accordance with policies and Local regulations
  • Any other task assigned by management from time to time
  • Answering all company calls, sorting and distributing incoming post and organizing and sending outgoing post
  • Performing general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, faxing, mailing, and filing, storage and security of Company records
  • Ordering stationery and any other equipment to ensure smooth operation of the office

 

Requirements: 

  • Bookkeeping LCCI higher certificate
  • 3 years of experience
  • Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office products-Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Capability to multi task, work under pressure and meet deadlines and work independently
  • Excellent organization and communication skills, with a particular emphasis on pro-active work approach

 

The company is offering a salary of 1,200 to 1,400 Euros gross per month based on skills and experience plus 13th month and medical insurance
