Job Description

Our client is a CySEC regulated investment firm based in Limassol that is currently looking for a Back Office & CRM Administrator that will add value to their team. The right individual will be hard-working with dynamic and positive personality.

Job Responsibilities

  • Check the calls of the Team, record in the Plasma
  • Replying to all e-mails from Clients
  • Follow up with DOD and Funding Verification Forms for Credit Card Deposits
  • Help sales Team with the assigning of new Leads
  • Check inboxes (in CRM) and assign emails to appropriate person
  • Customer Service/Live Chat- difficult enquiries redirect to appropriate departments via email (trading room usually)
  • KYC checks as well as – sending template emails regarding missing documents and KYC recording in XL
  • Checking, monitoring and processing Client deposits and withdrawal requests – for Withdrawals: sending template emails regarding missing documents
  • Assign/transfer the FTD to Retention Managers
  • Checking CRM throughout the day about anything related to Sales
  • Daily Analysis upload if person assigned to is absent
  • Providing ongoing support to Sales Manager, development and improvement on CRM platform and other business platforms
  • Provide business analytics to sales team
  • Develop custom CRM reports and dashboards as requested
  • Develop end user documentation, including application training manuals
  • Providing ongoing sales support to sales team leader (and sales employees when needed) by assisting with sales related activities.
  • Compile statistical, analysis and results reports
  • Additional duties/tasks which may be assigned from time to time from the General Manager and/or Senior Management.

 

Requirements

  • Fluent English- any additional language is an advantage
  • 1+ years’ experience with CRM
  • Strong excel skills
  • Exceptional relationship and communications skills
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Understanding of Financial / Capital markets
  • Team player
  • Fast and independent learner
  • Good presentation skills
