AJK Wealth Management Limited is currently seeking for a young individual for the below position based in Larnaca:

Back-Office Administrator


General Requirements for the position:

  • Bachelor degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance or any other related field.
  • High degree of accuracy and ability to deal with confidential matters professionally.
  • To pass (following employment) or already having passed the CySEC advanced examination.
  • Excellent communication skills in Greek and English languages.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, primarily Excel.

Job Responsibilities Include:

  • Extraction of data from bank portals and insertion into various systems.
  • Generate client reports and validate data.
  • Reconcile data from various sources (banks, internal systems, etc.).
  • Complete and submit regulatory reports (CySEC, Central Bank, etc.).
  • Invoice generation and payments confirmation.
  • Gathering of necessary due diligence documentation and filing.
  • Gathering and processing research data for the front office departments.
  • Organizing staff training and updating calendars.
  • Assisting and supporting management.
