We are looking for an ambitious and self-motivated Artwork Coordinator to join our team in Nicosia.
- The person to be appointed will report to the Supervisor of the Department to which will be assigned to.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage the booking system & create sales orders according to client contracts
- Manage all procedures regarding installation and uploading of clients’ artworks
- Responsible for the Media Maps & Specifications for the advertising locations
- Manage CRM systems
- Serve as liaison between customers, sales, malls & company
- Support the internal business operations as well as the sales team and improve the quality of service, cost effectiveness and business development.
- Follow procedures of each department
- Follow company’s policies and procedures
- Strong organizational & communication skills
- Written and verbal communication skills in Greek/English
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of SAP will be considered as an advantage.
- Ability to work as a team
- Set priorities and respect tight deadlines.
