P.J. PIZZA CYPRUS LTD is looking for an Area Manager for a full-time and permanent job in Nicosia.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain operations by ensuring policies and standard operating procedures are followed.
- Hire and train staff.
- Monitor staff work schedules on an ongoing basis.
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
- Prepare and analyze store reports.
- Control operational, food and labour costs and identify measures to cut waste.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Minimum one year experience in similar position.
- Good knowledge of both Greek and English.
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational and teamwork skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate staff.
- Ability to cope under pressure.
- Strong background in HACCP procedures will be considered as an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality/Business Management will be considered as an advantage.
