Area Manager

Job Overview

P.J. PIZZA CYPRUS LTD is looking for an Area Manager for a full-time and permanent job in Nicosia.

Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Maintain operations by ensuring policies and standard operating procedures are followed.
  • Hire and train staff.
  • Monitor staff work schedules on an ongoing basis.
  • Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
  • Prepare and analyze store reports.
  • Control operational, food and labour costs and identify measures to cut waste.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


  • Minimum one year experience in similar position.
  • Good knowledge of both Greek and English.
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate staff.
  • Ability to cope under pressure.
  • Strong background in HACCP procedures will be considered as an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality/Business Management will be considered as an advantage.
