Job Description

Company

On behalf of one of our clients we are actively looking to hire an Administrative Officer for its offices in Nicosia.

 

Responsibilities

  • Answer phone calls, take notes/messages and redirect calls when appropriate
  • Read and write correspondence in mail or email form
  • Issue invoices
  • Input data in the company’s system and prepare reports
  • Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Handle the company’s accounts and expenses
  • Keep trace of stock and inform management accordingly
  • Prepare orders and deliver to customers if and when needed.
  • Keep a well-organized office

 

Skills – Qualifications – Experience

  • High school certificate
  • A secretarial diploma and/or a university degree will be considered an advantage
  • Proven previous work experience as an administrative officer
  • MS Office proficiency
  • Very good verbal and written communications skills in Greek and English
  • Very good organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize daily workload and being comfortable dealing with a diverse pool of people
  • Discretion and confidentiality

 

Location

The position is for the company’s offices in Nicosia
