Job Description

We are looking for a qualified Account Manager to join our Sales team.The successful candidate will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with customers and overseeing sales. As an Account Manager, you should work to satisfy customers’ needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver a positive customer expirience. You should have excellent communications and negotiation skills and be customer service oriented.

This includes the following:

  1. Identify, prospect and meet potential new customers  by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network to turn this into increased business
  2. Research and build relationships with new customer, using cold calling or other methods as appropriate to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities
  3. Promote integrated solutions for IT, Communications, Applications and Innovative Products to new and existing customers in the private and public sector
  4. Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators
  5. Identify opportunities for campaings, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales
  6. Submit weekly progress reports adn sales forecast and ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the company’s CRM system
  7. Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new services, products and distributions channels

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

BSc degree in Computer Science, Communications or relevant field

Excellent knoweledge of Greek & English language

Preferred Skills:

Proven work expirience as a Sales account manager or Sales account executive

Ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time

Ability to work in a strong, competitive and demanding enviroment with the commitment to the goal and emphasis on the result for the best customer satisfaction

Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience

Knowledge of CRM software, networking knowledge/experience and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude

Passion to continuously learn in a fast-paced and challenging technology area

Must have valid driver’s license
