Job Description

Who we arePROTOIO INC is a productivity tools software company. Our products aim at accelerating the product development lifecycle, by improving efficiency and bridging communication gaps in product teams. Proto.io, our flagship product, is an industry-leading prototyping platform. Our recently launched 2nd product, Overflow, is the world’s first user flow diagramming tool tailored for designers.We are a group of passionate, fun and creative individuals and we are looking for someone just as motivated to join us. We work in a fast-paced, agile start-up environment where things never get boring. What You’ll DoAs an Account Manager you will be collaborating closely with the management and product teams, and evangelise our product to prospects and customers to build long-term, trusting relationships. You will oversee a portfolio of customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively pursue new sales opportunities. More specifically you will:

  • Manage the entire sales process including closing and customer onboarding
  • Build trust and relationships with customers. Understand their business needs and current use of Proto.io and/or Overflow to identify new use cases and optimise the value of our products
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customers and handle customers’ individual needs
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Give product presentations and demos to existing and prospective customers
  • Identify qualified leads and move them further in the sales process
  • Negotiate annual contracts with top customers
  • Partner closely with product teams to ensure we’re factoring customer feedback in ongoing product development

  • Ability to deliver excellent customer experience
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organisation
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to navigate complex business needs and requirements
  • BSc degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field
  • Eligible to work in the EU

We greatly value as a plus

  • 2+ years of direct client management experience, ideally in a software company
  • Startup Experience
  • Experience with Saas business models and remote sales
  • Experience with UI/UX design software
  • Knowledge of the design software market
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM, Pipedrive or HubSpot)
  • Experience in giving remote presentations
