Job Description

Our client, an Insurance Company is looking to hire a customer-focused, professional, commercially minded individual to provide support as Emergency Specialists for customers. The 24hrs Assistance Controller will deliver on the promise to “be there” when customers need them the most, following an accident, a breakdown, a flat tyre, dead battery, a problem at home or a health emergency.

It’s more than just a phone call. It’s someone who’s looking for help. It’s Customer Experience Management.

Responsibilities:

Handle emergencies around the clock and will be required to dispatch the right associate within strict timeframes

Ensure that you have sufficient technicians on call at any time and efficiently coordinate the Task Force Team and Network of Approved Associates

Work in Shift rotation, including weekends and public holidays and receive additional allowances paid for shift work

Receive coaching and feedback to help you further develop your skills

Skills:

Possess a Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field as it will be considered an advantage

Prove a Minimum of 3 years experience in a related environment

Have exceptional customer focus, communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to analyze a complex situation and filter complicate information

Required to work on shifts during a 24/7 rotation with additional allowances making the compensation scheme very competitive

Need to have good judgment showing logical decision making, and a “hands on” approach

Demonstrate flexibility & reliability in meeting work demands and perform under pressure

Be Energetic and enthusiastic

Have good command of the Greek and English language (speaking, reading, writing)

Be Computer literate in MS Office for Word, Excel and Power Point

Alert and awake, also during night shifts

The working hours are so shift hours:

07.00 – 15.00

15.00 – 23.00

23.00 – 07.00

The salary is 1,000 – 1,200 Euros as a basic salary for the first month, which is a training month (internally). After 6 months salary will be reviewed.

Benefits: incentives based on quality and quantity, health insurance, discounts, 13th and 14th salary (50% in the first 3 years, 75% in the 4th and 5th year and 100% after 5 years)

You will get a shift allowance when working night shifts (about 30% extra on the salary)
