Corporate Administrator (full time)

On behalf of our Firm we are seeking for a Corporate Administrator (full time) for our office located in Nicosia.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in Business Administration or any related field. Working experience in corporate administration field at least 3 years.

Job Responsibilities:

  • General Office administration tasks
  • Maintenance of document management system
  • Correspondence with professional services providers, local and international organisations
  • Processing of Payments
  • Preparation of corporate documentation (Agreements, Board Minutes, Power of Attorney etc)

Languages:

  • English (fluent), Russian (preferably native speaker) Greek (fluent),

Personal Characteristics:

  • strong analytical skills
  • attention to details and critical thinking attitude
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work individual and as a member of the team
  • energetic, self-motivated
  • ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and handle multiple assignments efficiently

Remuneration:

  • will be provided based on candidate’s experience
