On behalf of our Firm we are seeking for a Corporate Administrator (full time) for our office located in Nicosia.
Required skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in Business Administration or any related field. Working experience in corporate administration field at least 3 years.
Job Responsibilities:
- General Office administration tasks
- Maintenance of document management system
- Correspondence with professional services providers, local and international organisations
- Processing of Payments
- Preparation of corporate documentation (Agreements, Board Minutes, Power of Attorney etc)
Languages:
- English (fluent), Russian (preferably native speaker) Greek (fluent),
Personal Characteristics:
- strong analytical skills
- attention to details and critical thinking attitude
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work individual and as a member of the team
- energetic, self-motivated
- ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and handle multiple assignments efficiently
